Warranty Guides Overview:
Your kitchen remodel consists of many different products with different warranties. We strive to provide high-quality products with the best warranties the industry offers. This is a guide on how to register your products and how to contact the manufacturer of each product. These warranties only cover the original homeowner, with the expectation of Keystone Kitchen Revival’s products, which you can transfer during the first calendar year beginning at the date of installation. This list covers most of the components used, but may not list all of the products that make up your new kitchen. If you receive replacement parts from a manufacturer and you need Keystone Kitchen Revival to install them, call the office at 717-719-0823, and we will be happy to serve you.
1st YEAR EXPECTATIONS: Except for Keystone Kitchen Revival products, all manufacturers provide parts-only warranties. If you need any parts, you may contact the manufacturers directly. If any non-Keystone Kitchen Revival product issues arise during the 1st year, Keystone Kitchen Revival will replace them during your 1st year free of charge. After the 1st year, there will be a labor charge for all non-Keystone Kitchen Revival product service calls. (Customer’s Initials)
WATER QUALITY: Please understand that the quality of your water greatly affects the performance of your kitchen fixtures. In addition to the federal legislation regarding water pressure, legislation also requires your new fixture to have precise temperature control by not allowing your water temperature to go above 120 degrees F. As a result of these added conservation and safety features, your new fixtures will be more sensitive to the quality of your water as compared to your old fixtures. If your water is hard or has sediment issues, having a water filtration and softening system is not only healthy for your family but will allow your new fixtures to function the way they were designed.

WOOD DOORS & DRAWER FRONTS GUARANTEE:
Unless otherwise specified, all Keystone Wood Specialties wood doors and drawer fronts are guaranteed as follows for five years from the date of our invoice
SIZE: The size tolerance for the width and height of doors is +/- 1/32″. Polish sanding may decrease the size of a door slightly more than 1/32“.NE
NOTE: By its nature, wood expands and contracts with different moisture conditions. Some species expand more than others. Even when manufactured within size tolerances, door/drawer components could expand/contract outside of the size tolerances if moisture levels are not stable and consistent. When ordering doors unfinished, we recommend finishing them immediately to reduce the amount of moisture absorbed by the wood. The effects of expansion/contraction will be more noticeable in wider pieces, such as slab drawer fronts or wide rails and stiles.
WARPING: All single panel framed doors up to 24″ wide and/or up to 48″ high (or long) are guaranteed against warpage of more than 1/8″. All multiple panel doors up to 48″ wide and/or up to 72″ high (or long) are guaranteed against warpage of more than 1/4″. Slab doors (Pro-Cor doors, one-piece MDF doors, and Batten Doors) up to 24″ wide and/or up to 48″ high (or long) are guaranteed against warpage of more than 1/8″. Wood slab doors and drawer fronts with no battens are not guaranteed against warping.
PANELS: All door and drawer front panels are guaranteed not to split or crack. Solid panels will expand and contract based on their environment, and this is considered normal. (see information below regarding expansions & contractions) In dry environments, solid panels will shrink, exposing a portion of the panel that is unfinished. This is normal for solid wood panels and can be touched up with our touch-up kits or remedied by increasing the relative humidity level in the area. Plywood, veneered MDF, and Superior Green Panels do not expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity, and we recommend using Superior Green Panels for painted doors and drawer fronts.
RAILS & STILES: All rail and stile joints are guaranteed against glue failure. Joints are not guaranteed against hairline cracks from the normal expansion and contraction typical of solid wood. Lower levels of fluctuation in temperature and humidity will reduce expansion and contraction and result in fewer and smaller hairline cracks. Higher levels of fluctuation will increase expansion and contraction and result in larger hairline cracks.
MITRE JOINTS: Mitre joints are guaranteed against glue failure. Joints are subject to slight opening and closing due to the normal expansion and contraction typical of solid wood. As humidity increases, the outside of a mitre will tend to open. As humidity decreases, the inside of a mitre will tend to open. This is the normal behavior of wood with humidity changes. We purposefully build our mitre door joints with a small gap on the inside to allow for expansion.
WOOD GRAIN COLOR AND PATTERN: All wood is guaranteed against any structural defects. Grain and color are to be reasonably close to industry standards, unique to the tree it came from, and not “rubber stamped” like imitation wood grain found on printed melamine and other man-made materials. Products where the grain and color matching of the natural wood is not acceptable to the customer will be replaced at the customer’s expense.
